If a package is sent back to us, we will contact you immediately. Please provide information when you order.
By not responding to either email within 4 weeks, the buyer forfeits any claim to the item, which will be sold at auction.
RETURN POLICY
Once items are washed and shipped we cannot offer any further refund policy. Any damages or stains will be stated in the description:
We are no longer responsible for your delivery once it is in the hands of USPS or UPS, unless it is being returned to us.
